Cancellation Policy
Rate Reservations: All room types must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (i.e., by 3:00 PM, seven days before arrival) to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made after this time will be chargeable in full.
Advance Purchase Reservations: These are non-cancellable, non-transferrable, and non-refundable. Changes, cancellations, or requests for refunds are not permitted.

Event Booking Policy
For events with a set or banqueting menu, guests must provide their menu choices and full pre-payment at least 6
weeks before the event. After this deadline, any reduction in final numbers will be charged at full price and cannot
be offset against drinks or other services. A £20 per person deposit is required at the time of booking for some
events, with all deposits being non-transferable. For tables of six or more, a £10 per person deposit is needed to
secure the booking. Please note that Valentines, Christmas and New Year Eve bookings require full pre-payment at
the time of booking.
