Nestled underneath the Waterloo bridge and Somerset House and the leafy Victoria Embankment lies Emerald Theatre. / Designed to host a diverse range of events, from corporate gatherings to live music nights, your go to for entertainment and night life.

As you walk into the lobby you’re greeted with gold and Art Deco detailing, follow the space round past the Box Office and into the main bar, this can be curtained off creating a separate space. Into the main theatre lies an ornate stage, luxurious green sofas and theatre seating with a third bar. With lighting, audio equipment and rigging included in your hire. Head up to the circle for additional theatre seating and another bar.

Cancellation policy

If the Client notifies the Hirer that it wishes to cancel an Event for a reason other than an Event of Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 8.3 of these General Terms and Conditions) more than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date the Hirer shall be entitled to either (i) retain the full amount of the Deposit or (ii) (in the event that the Deposit has not been received at the date of the cancellation) invoice the Client for an amount equal to 50% of the total booking value as agreed under ‘fees’ and the client must pay the funds owed within 28 days.

If the Client notifies the Hirer in writing that it wishes to cancel an Event for any reason other than Event of Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 8.3 of these General Terms and Conditions) less than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, the Hirer shall be entitled at its discretion to either:

If the Deposit has been received, retain the Deposit and issue an invoice to the Client for the outstanding amount of the total booking value as agreed under ‘fees’ and the client must pay the funds owed within 28 days.

If the Deposit has not been received at the date of the cancellation, the Hirer is entitled to invoice the Client for the total booking value as set out under ‘fees’ and the client must pay the funds owed within 28 days.

The Client shall immediately cease all use of the Property, and the licence granted to the Client under this Agreement with respect to the Property shall immediately terminate with respect to a cancelled Event.
