We have various settings for Saying “Aye Do” to cater from a small elopement to a grand gathering. The ever so romantic Castle Chapel, The Garden Pavilion, The Glass Roof Courtyard, Our Rustic Outdoor Woodland Ceremony Area along with amples of gardens and lawns with a highland backdrop. Immerse yourself within nature, ancient trees and our spectacular wildlife. Peacocks, Owls and Wild Deer roam freely and often grace the guests staying in our luxury glamping cabins.
Our courtyard of glass and garden pavilion are the most most versatile spaces for celebrations of all occasions. The private rooms within the castle are perfect for hosting a private dinner party or whisky tasting.
Our ever-changing venue constantly grows and improves as we use all event funds to continue with our passion for restoring the castle. Cancellation policy

A deposit of 30% of your total balance is required to secure booking with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit can be in the form of monetary value, gift voucher, or experience voucher balance.
A credit/debit card registration is required to place a card hold of £500 by means of a damage/security deposit. The card hold will be placed on the day of your arrival and released after your departure on the return of the event space in good order. A £500 cleaning charge will be applied from your security deposit should the event space / Cabin/decking/linen require excessive cleaning.
All breakages and damage will be replaced or rectified from monies held from guest deposit on a like for like basis.

Cancellations and Amendments
Bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel:
- 31 days or more prior to the first day of the booking and you have paid a deposit for services that have not been provided to you, we will refund the deposit to you in full.
- 30 days or less prior to the first day of the booking or during your stay, your deposit is non-refundable.
- In the event you fail to show, the booking will be processed on your original arrival date.
If we need to change your booking
Even if we have given you a confirmation, we still have the right to refuse or change any booking. On the rare occasion that this might happen, we would notify you as soon as possible and you have the choice to accept our changes, change your booking to another cabin within the estate, change to an alternative date, (although we can’t guarantee that the price will be the same, and if it’s more, you’ll need to make up the difference) or you can cancel your booking.
If you cancel because we have made a change, you will be refunded any money you have paid in advance of your stay, although we will not be liable for anything beyond that without written confirmation prior to cancelling.

Special Conditions
Culdees Castle Estate Ltd. are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking because of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but will not be limited to) war, terrorism, serious crime, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, government restrictions, or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

Parking
The speed limit on entering the estate is 10mph as the site is surrounded by farm animals and horses. On arrival at the site please use the car parking area outside of the main castle and call your host. We will escort you to your cabin and provide you with keys.

Security
Culdees Castle Estate Ltd. will not take responsibility for your personal possessions.
There are motion sensor lights and cameras around the site for the safety of our guests and family.

Health and Safety
Our forest is a living and breathing environment where the ground can be uneven, wet, or muddy, there are often many low hanging branches, and these can break and fall from time to time. We gravel our pathways where possible however some need to remain in a natural state to protect ancient tree root plates.
