Based in the heart of Angel Islington, a stones throw from both the City of London and Kings Cross, the B Corp Certified Business Design Centre (BDC) welcomes over 850,000 visitors and hosts more than 100 conferences and exhibitions a year. With 6,000 square meters of fully carpeted exhibition space, flexible conference and meeting facilities, banqueting for up to 1,500 guests and catering for any show – big or small – the BDC is an iconic space to hold events. The Mezzanine is the ideal location for large-scale events for up to 1,500 delegates, while the Gallery Hall provides self-contained registration and cloakroom facilities for up to 600. The venue can accommodate between 5 and 1,500 guests thanks to 13 other rooms, in addition to the outstanding main auditorium, which has raked seating and integrated audio equipment. Maximum flexibility is possible in the conference centre thanks to movable acoustic walling, and our team are supported by a range of on-site partners from audio-visual and catering to exhibition services. There are a variety of hotel options you can choose from, the nearest of which being a Hilton (4*) located next door (180 rooms), a Double Tree (4*) a 4-minute walk away (280 rooms) and a Premier Inn (3*), 1-minute walk away (95 rooms). With over 100 bars, restaurants, activities and entertainment surrounding the venue, the BDC makes for the perfect place to hold an event that can extend into the local community, no matter the duration.

Cancellation policy

We require 25% upon signing and 100% pre-paid one month before the event date. – also note all services (electrics and any additional orders) will need to also be 100% pre-paid at least two weeks before the event date. Please note we invoice 30 days prior to the due date of each instalment.

If the event was to cancel, please note all payment is non-refundable.
