Neither the Manager nor Hyatt Place London City East accepts liability or responsibility for the condition, safety, or security of any items brought into the venue by guests or event organisers.
The following restrictions apply regarding decorations and the use of the venue:
• No decorations, signage, or fixtures may be attached to walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, or any part of the venue using adhesives, nails, pins, hooks, tape, or similar materials without prior written approval from venue management.
• The use of confetti, glitter, or any similar loose decorative materials is strictly prohibited.
• Sparkling candles, flares, fireworks, or pyrotechnic-style items are not permitted anywhere within the venue.
• Open flames of any kind, including candles used in centrepieces or table settings, are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage, safety hazard, or additional cleaning resulting from non-compliance with the above restrictions will be the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges.

Venue Policies
• A physical ID may be requested upon entry. Please note that the venue operates an 18+ policy.
• The terrace doors close at 11:00 pm. Last orders are taken at 11:30 pm, and the bar closes at 12:00 am.
• Music played within the hotel premises must adhere to the following sound level limits: 85 decibels.
• Vaping is permitted on the terrace. However, due to fire regulations, smoking cigarettes is only permitted at the entrance of the building.
