Cancellation policy

We require 50% of the agreed minimum spends as a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full no later than 30 days in advance of your event.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
(i)Cancellation of this agreement will only be considered upon written notice and will be of no effect unless acknowledged in writing by the Venue.
(ii) The Venue permits a one-time change of the booking date, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the original confirmed booking. The new date must fall within one month of the original booking date and is subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling may incur additional costs depending on the day of the week and any price differences applicable at the time of the change

CANCELLATION BY THE VENUE
The Venue reserves the right to cancel a booking without any liability being incurred whatsoever if:
(i) The Client is in breach of these Terms and/or failure to pay the deposit when required under these Terms or funds not being cleared.
(ii) If the Venue becomes aware that the event taking place will be a serious threat to thesecurity of the Venue, its staff, and or jeopardise public safety.
(iii) If it appears, in the opinion of the manager on duty, that the client has changed the nature of the event without prior consulting the Venue which may cause harm to the reputation of the Venue.
(iiii) If there are circumstances beyond the Venue’s reasonable control such as flood, fire damage, strikes, accidents, also known as Force Majeure. If in the event the Venue cancels the booking due to Force Majeure, an alternative date may be offered, or the deposit paid will be fully refundable.
(v) In the event that the Venue cannot host the event due to government restrictions the Venue will refund the agreed minimum spends in full.
