- No smoking or vaping inside the rooms.
- Keep food and drinks away from the karaoke equipment and screens.
- Please arrive at your booked time and finish on time so we can prepare the room for the next group.
- Treat the equipment, microphones, and furniture with care. Any damage may incur additional charges.
- Only alcohol purchased on-site is allowed in the rooms. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
- Have fun and sing loud, but please be mindful of other rooms and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Please leave the room tidy. Take all your belongings and rubbish with you when you leave.
- Age Restriction Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult up until 7pm daily.
- Zero Tolerance any aggressive, disrespectful, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

14 Days' Notice or More: If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
72 Hours – 14 Days' Notice: If you cancel within this window, your deposit is converted into a U9 voucher that is valid for 12 months.
Less than 72 Hours' Notice / No Show: Deposits are non-refundable
