Neither the Manager nor Hyatt Place London City East accept any liability or responsibility for the condition, safety, of the following restrictions regarding decorations and use of the venue:

• No decorations, signage, or fixtures may be attached to any walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture using adhesives, nails, pins, hooks, tape, or any similar materials without prior written approval from venue management.
• The use of confetti, glitter, or similar loose decorative items is strictly prohibited.
• Sparkling candles, flares, or pyrotechnic-style items are not permitted within the venue.
• Open flames, including candles used in centrepieces or table settings, are not allowed under any circumstances. Any damage, safety hazard, or additional cleaning resulting from non-compliance with the above restrictions will be the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges.
