We have 4 state of the art meeting rooms onsite, with a max capacity in our largest room for 40 people theatre style. Our state-of-the-art meeting rooms are beautifully designed and set on a private mezzanine floor overlooking Spencer Place and Central Square. The rooms are equipped with Clevertouch technology that interfaces seamlessly with all laptops for full control of presentations, poly conferencing and digital collaborations. All rooms are fully airconditioned and have natural light.

Meetings can be fully catered for, either privately in-room, in the adjacent breakout area or in the stylish hotel restaurant, depending on the chosen meal type. There is a wide range of lunchtime menu options where the emphasis is on serving meals that are quick and convenient as well as healthy and interesting. Choices range from grab-and-go boxes, three-course plated luncheons or an informal standing buffet. Cancellation policy

Deposit • 25% Deposit required to confirm booking. 50% due 30 days in advance. Credit Card needed as guarantee – final prepayment to be taken 14 days in advance. All rates are VAT inclusive.The minimum guaranteed numbers highlighted above must be met. If numbers increase, this must be confirmed two weeks in advance, and this then becomes the minimum spend for catering to be charged.
Payments can be made by bank transfer / SOT payment link / Credit Card Fee: Please note that the Hotel is subject to a 3% credit card commission charge from the service provider. This will in turn be passed on to the Client for bookings that have a value greater than €10,000.00. This 3% will show on your final bill if the total booking cost is above €10,000.
Cancellation Charges • 21 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the room hire and catering rate to the credit card used as guarantee or where applicable invoice the company for the no-show or late cancellation charge.
Accommodation • Special rates for accommodation are offered to guests attending an event at the Company, subject to the availability. • Cancellation and release of these rooms will be agreed during quotation stage and will vary on each booking subject to length of stay and the number of rooms required. • A specified cutoff date for any unsold rooms will also be applied in line with the above. • In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the Client/guests will be charged for the first night’s stay, subject to the guarantee made for rooms at time of booking.
