Cancellation policy

If The Hirer wishes to cancel the event or reduce the final expected number of attendees (or in the absence of notification as required under paragraph 13), then notification of such cancellation or reductions must immediately be given to LLWR in writing. Oral notice of cancellations or reductions will not be accepted. In the absolute discretion of LLWR, the following charges will apply:
a. Over 52 Weeks – 10%
b. 24 - 52 Weeks – 25%
c. 12 – 24 Weeks – 50%
d. 4 – 12 Weeks – 75%
e. Less than 4 Weeks – 100%

In all instances, notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by LLWR.
