Cancellation Policy:
(This policy applies for private hire events (as long as the event’s minimum spend has been paid up front, main room dining)
• Cancellation with 30 days’ notice or less: 50% of deposit retained
• Cancellation with less than 15 days’ notice: 100% of deposit retained
For events booked 6 months in advance:
• Clients can pay a 30% deposit of the minimum spend, with the remaining balance due 3 months before the event. (This policy applies only for events booked 6 months in advance)
• Cancellation policy: a 2-month notice before the event date will allow:
1. A full refund of the minimum spend.
