Originally built as coal storage in 1896, the spectacular exposed brick space has been transformed offering a slice of elegance deep into the evening (seven days a week), just a short stroll from Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. Cancellation policy

Cancellation
In the event that you cancel your event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the value of the costs,
charges, time and expense suffered or incurred by us prior to your function exceeds this amount (in our reasonable
opinion) then we will be entitled to charge a further cancellation fee. The further cancellation fee will be equal to the
amount of any such costs and charges plus a reasonable fee for the time spent with our staff in organising and
planning the event.

In the event of a function cancellation;

More than 90 days notice: 75% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 30 days to 90 days notice: 25% deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days notice: deposit will not be refunded.

If the event is cancelled less than 72 hours before it is due to take place then you will be charged and will be liable to
pay the entire quotation price plus any additional costs associated with cancelations (eg, DJ fees, audio,
entertainment etc)
