Wedding licence - No Standing up to 50 
Guest Capacity Preference - Min 20 We operate as a cashless venue. We accept card payments including American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
For private hires we strictly only allow guests over the age of 18.
We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.
On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.
We run a strict Challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide proof of age to show you are over 18. We accept passports, ID photo and UK driving licences.
Cancellation policy
a) If written notice of a cancellation is received from you more than 2 months prior to the event date the deposit will be retained by us.
b) If written notice of a cancellation is received from you less than 2 months prior to the event the full cost of your event will be payable.
Rescheduling your event:
If written notice is received from you more than 3 months prior to the event date requesting postponement and the rescheduled event takes place within the same calendar year of the original event date, at the event managers discretion 50% of your deposit can be transferred to the rescheduled event. If written notice is received from you less than 3 months prior to the event date requesting postponement the deposit will be retained by us, if written notice is received from you less than 2 months prior to the event date requesting postponement the full cost of your event will be payable.
