Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of the room hire is required to confirm each booking. A signed copy of the booking contract must accompany the deposit.

Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the Event date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the most recently confirmed booking value.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the Event date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the projected booking value.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the loss suffered by the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking made through a third party or under false pretences.
The Hotel may cancel an Event without liability where the Client fails to pay required deposits or prepayments, or where the Hotel reasonably believes the Event may adversely affect the safety, legality or reputation of the Hotel.
