As the Apartment has a small kitchen which is also shared by the bar team for glass clearing/washing, in order to give the smoothest service possible for larger events we use the adjacent Dining Room as an overflow kitchen for any events of 30 guests or more. Unless specifically requested by an event, the Study is often utilised as a back of house storage area in order to keep the Apartment looking at its very best.​

**if the booking is exclusive hire, The Dining Room must be blocked out as part of the booking with a note on the function sheet saying “Dining Room – overflow kitchen” – however it should not be added to the booking contract.​

MUSIC​

If there is a live band positioned at the end of the library this will have to terminate by 11pm. ​

No live band allowed in the Conservatory, Den or Parlour as these rooms follows a difference license ​

DJ & background music still ok until 2am, lowered volume from 11pm onwards. ​

On Sundays music must be lowered to a background level from 8pm.​

Live bands with drum kits are permitted but with brushes only, not drumsticks. Electric guitars are permitted but sound will be monitored.​
