Venue hire is subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Full payment is required before the event unless credit terms have been agreed.
External catering is not permitted.
All food and beverages must be supplied by Ropewalks Hotel unless agreed in writing.
Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy for the sale of alcohol.
Decorations are welcome but must be agreed in advance. Confetti, glitter, candles (other than enclosed LED candles) and items that may damage the venue are not permitted.
Entertainment, DJs and live performers are welcome and must comply with venue sound restrictions and agreed finishing times.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or abusive manner.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests, suppliers or contractors during the event.

Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to additional charges, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking.
Any cancellation must be made in writing.
