Cancellation policy

- If you want to cancel a booking at Hijingo, you will need to inform us in advance of the reservation date.
- If you have booked the Hijingo Experience, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Within 48-hours of the booking, we will not be able to cancel, amend or refund any bookings. Any cancellations or reductions within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For group bookings made with 14 days’ or more notice, you may choose to either pay the full amount upfront or a 25% deposit at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the booking date. You may invite others to contribute towards the booking via your booking profile; however, the lead booker remains responsible for ensuring full payment is received by the deadline. - - We reserve the right to release any unpaid seats if full payment is not completed within the required timeframe.
- Changes to bookings can be made up to 7 days prior to the booking date (or 14 days for groups of 30 or more). After this period, bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For Private Events or Meetings and Conferences, we ask for a 25% confirmation deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance would then be due no later than 28 days prior to the event date, along with dietary requirements for the group and a pre-order of all required food, drinks and activity options. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable from then.
