Cancellation policy

For package bookings, we request 50% of the package payment upfront with the remaining balance payable 30 days prior to your event.

Cancellation terms for package and private hire bookings are as follows:

-61 days or more prior to the booking date: The Lucky Goat will issue 100% refund on cancelled bookings

-60-31 days prior to the booking date: The Lucky Goat will issue 50% of the final amount as a refund but will not refund the initial 50% deposit

-30-0 days: The Lucky Goat will retain all funds as an 100% cancellation fee

For activities only, all activities are payable upfront and non-refundable.

For activity only bookings, any booking unable to be attended must be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the booking date and is subject to availability. Bookings may only be rescheduled once and cannot be refunded.

All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in section 2 of the terms and conditions.

Changes are subject to availability. No refunds are available for reduced party sizes.
