We headed over to art’otel Hoxton last week, one of the most exciting event venues in East London, and its safe to say, this one’s a little bit different (in a very good way).
From the moment you arrive, the building stands out. Its unique round shape instantly catches your eye, and that sense of creativity carries all the way through the hotel. It doesn’t feel like your typical London event venue, it’s calmer, more curated, and has a really chilled, almost gallery-like atmosphere.
A Hotel That Feels Like an Art Space
One of the things we loved most was how art is woven into every part of the experience. The hotel even has its own dedicated gallery space, showcasing rotating exhibitions, which gives it a fresh feel every time you visit.
The bedrooms and suites are also worth a mention, spacious, well-designed and a proper step up from your standard boutique hotel in London. Everything feels considered, without trying too hard.
The Standout Moment
If there’s one space that really delivers a wow factor, it’s the 23rd floor Masterpiece Suite.
At 200sqm, it’s huge and incredibly versatile. It works just as well for private stays as it does for private hire events in London, and the panoramic views across London make it feel seriously special. It’s one of those spaces that people walk into and instantly say “wow”.
And it’s not just the suite, the views from the rooftop event space in London and restaurant are just as impressive, especially as you head higher up the building.

Perfect For…
art’otel Hoxton is one of those versatile London venues that can flex across a range of events:
- Private dining in East London
- Drinks receptions in London
- Conference venues in Shoreditch
- Party venues in London
- Spa day experiences in London
They also have a private auditorium screening room that seats up to 60, ideal for presentations, screenings or something a bit different for a corporate event in London.
Food, Vibes & Those Little Details
The food offering comes from Solaya, led by Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson, bringing a French Mediterranean menu that feels both elevated and relaxed.
The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with a large bar area that adds to the atmosphere and there’s often a singer, DJ or pianist playing, which gives it a really nice energy without feeling over the top.
There’s also a large terrace with panoramic views, making it one of the best rooftop dining venues in London, especially in the warmer months.
And a little insider tip, if you’re heading down midweek, visit between 5–8pm to make the most of their happy hour 👀

Final Thoughts
art’otel Hoxton is a great option if you’re looking for a unique London event venue that feels creative rather than corporate. It’s stylish without being stuffy, versatile without feeling generic, and has enough standout spaces to make any event feel that bit more special.
Definitely one to have on your radar when searching for event spaces in London.
