Noise levels must respect venue and local restrictions.
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.
Furniture and decor should not damage walls, floors, or fixtures.
Pets are not allowed (except service animals).
Guests must follow safety and accessibility protocols.
Booking and payment terms must be honoured; cancellations follow hotel policy.
Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the hotel.
More than 30 days before the event: full refund of any deposits paid.
14–30 days before the event: 50% of deposit retained.
Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of deposit retained.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur full event charges.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the hotel’s standard payment terms.
